Product details
Most tote bags are 6 to 8 oz canvas, which is why they go limp after a month. This is 16 oz: heavy cotton duck that stands up on its own the day it arrives and softens into shape over years rather than weeks.
The base is boxed 10 cm deep and doubled, so the bag holds its volume and the weight sits on two layers of canvas instead of one seam. Handles are cotton webbing with a 60 cm drop, enough to clear a shoulder over a coat, bar-tacked at all four joins.

Piece dyed black after weaving, so the colour goes right through the yarn. The wordmark is screen printed small and centred. Nothing else on it.
