01. Who we are
Tigotek (Pvt.) Limited is an RJSC-registered company in Dhaka, Bangladesh. These terms cover this website and the services it offers. By using the site you accept them.
02. Consultations and services
Paid consultations (Starter, Business, Enterprise) are booked through the pricing page. Every consultation fee is credited in full toward your first invoice if we work together. If a session isn't useful, tell us within 48 hours and we refund it. Project work is governed by its own written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
03. Accounts
You can sign in with a password, a Google account, or an emailed link. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
04. Shop orders
Orders placed in the goodies shop are confirmed by our team. For paid items we contact you to arrange payment; digital downloads unlock once the order is marked delivered. Free promotional items are limited and may end at any time. Prices are shown in US dollars.
05. Events
Event bookings are per person and confirmed instantly while seats last. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled we notify you at the email you booked with.
06. Certificates
Tigotek certificates remain our records. Verification at /verify shows a certificate only to someone holding both the certificate ID and the holder's email. We may revoke certificates issued in error or obtained dishonestly, and the verification page reflects that immediately.
07. Content and fair use
The content of this site, including papers, is published for reading and citation with attribution. Don't scrape, resell, or republish it as your own. Don't attempt to breach, probe, or overload the platform.
08. Liability
We build carefully, but the website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site itself. Liability for contracted project work is defined in that project's agreement.
09. Privacy
What we store and why is written plainly on the Privacy Preferences page, where you can also control cookies.
10. Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a fresh date. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
