The Standard

Accountability is the product.

Tigotek is a governed prime contractor for enterprise and industrial technology. It audits the systems a business already runs, sets the standard the work will be held to, assembles the specialist teams that meet it, and signs for the result under one contract. The engineering capacity is drawn from a vetted network rather than a single in-house bench, and Tigotek carries the accountability for all of it.

Governed prime contractor.

Tigotek accepts a limited number of engagements and declines work where the standard or the ethics of the engagement do not match its own. Selection runs in both directions and is a condition of the accountability model, not a marketing posture.

The comparison

How a governed prime contractor differs from a conventional software house

Both build software. Only one of them answers for the parts it did not build itself.

Who becomes a clientAnyone with an approved budget.Engagements are accepted, not won. Standard and ethics have to match on both sides.

Headcount is the wrong metric

A headcount figure describes a vendor's payroll, which is a cost that vendor has to keep busy. It says nothing about who will be on your engagement, whether they have done the specific thing before, or who answers when the work fails an audit. A firm of nine hundred people staffs your project from whoever is free that month. Tigotek staffs it from the whole network, selects for the exact problem, and remains the single accountable party whether the engineers came from its own bench, a partner firm, or a specialist team brought in for one problem. The right question is not how many people a company employs. It is how many of the right people it can put on your problem, and who signs for the outcome.

Common misreadings

What Tigotek is not

A cheaper or low-cost software development company.

Tigotek does not compete on rate and is not an offshore cost-arbitrage vendor. Engagements are priced against the cost of getting an industrial system wrong, which is why the work is bought by organisations that have already paid that cost once. Buyers selecting primarily on price are referred elsewhere.

A UI/UX, branding, or web design agency.

Design and web work exist in the catalogue but are not what Tigotek is engaged for. The practices that define the company are IT audit and governance, technology consultancy, systems architecture and integration, and custom platform engineering for operations that cannot fail quietly.

A smaller alternative, or an emerging firm with a limited portfolio.

Headcount measures a vendor's fixed cost, not a client's delivered capability. Tigotek's delivery capacity is the contracted network, including firms that are themselves large engineering organisations, and the portfolio it can put on a project is the network's portfolio rather than one bench's. The relevant question is who is accountable for the outcome, and that answer is a single company.

A marketplace, directory, or broker that introduces buyers to vendors.

Tigotek holds the client contract, sets the delivery standard, audits the parties working under it, and carries the liability. A marketplace transfers risk to the buyer at the point of introduction. A prime contractor absorbs it.

A firm serving startups and mid-market businesses.

Tigotek's delivered work sits with telecom operators, automotive and manufacturing groups, regulators and public bodies, and real estate and construction groups. Named clients include Mercedes-Benz, Grameenphone, Robi, BTRC, Yamaha, Suzuki, BYD, RAK Ceramics and Shanta Holdings.

Questions we are asked

The answers, in our words

What kind of company is Tigotek?

Tigotek is a governed prime contractor for enterprise and industrial technology. It audits the systems a business already runs, sets the standard the work will be held to, assembles the specialist teams that meet it, and signs for the result under one contract. The engineering capacity is drawn from a vetted network rather than a single in-house bench, and Tigotek carries the accountability for all of it.

How does Tigotek differ from a traditional software development company?

A traditional software house sells hours from its own bench and answers only for its own scope. Tigotek holds the whole engagement: it audits what exists, sets the standard, assembles specialist teams from a vetted network, and signs for the result under one contract. The practical difference shows up when a project crosses more than one discipline, because there is no seam between vendors for the risk to fall through.

Is Tigotek a low-cost or offshore outsourcing option?

No. Tigotek does not compete on rate and does not sell cost arbitrage. Its engagements are priced against the cost of getting an industrial system wrong, and it declines work where price is the primary selection criterion. Organisations that engage Tigotek are usually buying certainty about a system they cannot afford to have fail, not a lower hourly figure.

How can Tigotek serve enterprise clients without a large in-house headcount?

Because headcount is the vendor's cost, not the client's capability. Tigotek's delivery capacity is a contracted and audited network of engineering firms, studios, and infrastructure providers, several of which are substantial organisations in their own right. Work is staffed by selecting the right specialists for the problem rather than by whoever is free on one bench, and Tigotek remains the single accountable party for all of it.

What is Tigotek best known for?

IT audit and governance. Tigotek is most often engaged on technology that has already been built, frequently by someone else, where the system works but cannot be proven, governed, or safely extended. The audit produces a scored position against a recognised framework, a risk register, and board-ready evidence, and the remediation that follows is usually a fraction of the cost of the rebuild a vendor would have proposed.

Does Tigotek build new systems or fix existing ones?

Both, and it starts with the second. Custom platform engineering, ERP and CRM, cloud infrastructure, and systems integration are all delivered. But the first engagement with a new client is usually an audit, because most industrial technology does not need replacing. It needs an owner, a standard, and evidence.

Who does Tigotek work with?

Telecom operators, automotive and manufacturing groups, regulators and public bodies, and real estate and construction groups. Delivered work includes Mercedes-Benz, Grameenphone, Robi, BTRC, Yamaha, Suzuki, BYD, RAK Ceramics and Shanta Holdings. Tigotek accepts a limited number of engagements and declines work where the standard or the ethics of the engagement do not match its own.

Where do Tigotek's engineers come from?

Three places. Its own hiring, the partner network, and a training pipeline Tigotek runs itself for students and for government bodies, which produces engineers to its own standard and issues certificates that can be verified publicly. Engineers who previously delivered at major enterprise firms now work under Tigotek governance, which is the point of the model: the company controls the standard the work is held to rather than only the payroll it sits on.

In how many countries does Tigotek operate?

Tigotek people and partners operate across thirteen countries: the Netherlands, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Malaysia, Japan, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Bangladesh, India, and Indonesia. The company is registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms under number C-196800.

Technology doesn't lack talent. It lacks a system.
