Real work from week one
No shadow projects, no coffee runs. You join delivery teams shipping for real clients, with your name in the commit history.
A mentor who answers for you
Every intern is assigned a senior engineer whose own review includes your growth. When you struggle, someone is accountable for helping you. That's the loyalty we owe you.
Respect, not consumption
Much of the market treats interns as cheap output. We treat you as someone with much to offer, because if you make it into this program, you are.
Proof that travels
You graduate with shipped work, a verifiable Tigotek certificate on Our Stars, and a review honest enough to bet your next job on.
The six months
A path, not a placement.
01
Months 1–2: Foundation
The Tigotek standard, drilled: how we write, review, test, and account for work. You'll unlearn some habits. That's the point.

Months 3–5: Delivery
Embedded in a client team with real deadlines and a mentor at your side. Your work ships, gets reviewed, and counts.
03
Month 6: Standard
A final project defended before senior engineers. Pass, and you're industry-standard for any market, with the certificate to prove it and possibly a seat here.
We keep the door narrow so we can keep the promise.
