Six months of special care that ends with you industry-standard for any market. You'll work inside real delivery teams with a mentor who answers for your growth, ship work that carries the firm's name, and graduate with a verifiable Tigotek certificate. This program is deliberately small and deliberately demanding — we respect people who have much to offer, and we expect the same hunger back.
Responsibilities
- Ship real client work inside a Tigotek delivery team from month one
- Work through the Tigotek standard: writing, reviewing, testing, accountability
- Meet weekly with your assigned senior mentor
- Defend a final project before senior engineers in month six
Basic qualifications
- Evidence you build things without being asked — projects, repos, experiments
- Fundamentals in at least one area: web, backend, data, or design
- The honesty to say 'I don't know' and the hunger to fix it fast
- Six months of genuine commitment

- Open-source contributions or a public portfolio
- Experience with any tool in our engine room (see the landing page)
